Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Flexibility required for overtime)
3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Overtime may begin as early as 7:00 PM)

Pay Rates:

1st Shift: $18.00 per hour (Paid weekly)
3rd Shift: $20.70 per hour (Paid weekly)

Special Requirements:

Must pass a criminal background check
Must pass a 4-panel drug screen (Marijuana excluded)
No interviews required

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to support our Receivables Operations division. You will be responsible for digitizing and entering sensitive payment and document data with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, organize, and digitize sensitive documents for data entry
Accurately input highly sensitive information following established procedures
Interpret and follow detailed instructions while using independent judgment as needed
Maintain speed and accuracy in data entry tasks
Collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines in a structured and regulated environment
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Data Entry Alpha Numeric speed of 6,500 KPH or higher, with high accuracy
Experience in high-security production environments preferred
Proficiency with PCs and basic computer skills
Open to performance coaching and feedback
Must complete a Data Entry and 10-key assessment
