We’re hiring Data Entry Specialists for ONE MONTH of temporary coverage starting March 3, 2025, with a Fortune 500 financial services client in Shoreview, MN.
Job Title: Data Entry Processor
Hourly Rate: $19.40/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM – 07:30 PM
Location: 1801 Park View Dr, Shoreview, MN 55126 – ON SITE
Duration: 4 weeks approx. while an employee is OOO. Potential to extend
Job Description:
- Bank by mail
- Mail is received, sorted and opened
- Tracking with Excel
- Hogan tool for lookups and checking accounts
- Someone detail-oriented is needed, the team is reviewing fraudulent counterfeit checks and is the last stop
- Someone who is trainable, they will be shown what to look for
- Speed is not the major requirement; definite reviews of the checks are the most important
Candidate Qualifications:
- An online 10-key test will be sent before submission.
- Attention to detail
- Typing alpha and 10 key skills
- Ability to use multiple screens and systems at once
