Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Location:Tukwila, WA

Shift: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality checking of data entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into the system.
  • Work in an office clerical environment, supporting the team with clerical duties.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies on invoices and payments.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in 10-key numeric and alphanumeric data entry.
  • Solid understanding of transactions and payment balancing.
  • Familiarity with handling and processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies on invoices and payments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Previous clerical experience is preferred, but not required as training on system requirements will be provided.

Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
