We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in high-speed manual key data entry and document validation. This role requires accuracy, speed, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Location: 5575 Venture Drive Unit D, Parma, OH 44130
Key Requirements:
- Typing test required (must be attached to the resume).
- Relevant work experience in data entry or a related field.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow set procedures and adapt to changes as necessary.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform high-speed (15,000 KS per hour) manual key data entry from incoming hardcopy documents into the Unibase Data Entry Software.
- Validate document classification and correct automated classification errors.
- Verify and correct automated data extraction errors (low confidence level).
- Review redacted data to ensure accuracy and make necessary corrections.
- Manually enter meta-data index information from digital documents.
- Examine digital checks and accompanying documentation to confirm payee validity, check signatures, and dates.
- Make corrections and generate check return letters as needed.
- Reconcile check batch totals and ensure accurate financial records.
- Compare hardcopy documents to digital versions to maintain quality standards.
- Work at a steady, productive pace to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in accordance with company standards.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adapt to changing work conditions and maintain flexibility.
- Perform repetitive tasks while adhering to quality and production standards.
- Additional duties as assigned.
