Job Title: Data Entry Contractor
Contract: Temporary

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Contractor to support a short-term HR project focused on data integrity and compliance. The role involves entering, verifying, and organizing employee data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy across HR systems while handling sensitive information with discretion.
Schedule & Pay:
- Shift: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $19/hr – $21/hr
Responsibilities:
- Enter and verify employee data in HRIS systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Complete and review HR forms and documentation.
- Upload and organize digital employee files.
- Identify data discrepancies and assist in resolving issues with the HR team.
- Track and report on data entry progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR or HR support roles.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experienced in digital file organization.
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS/payroll systems preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially.
