We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for high-speed manual key data entry and verification from digital and hardcopy documents, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the digital conversion process. Medical experience is a plus.
Location: 5575 Venture Drive Unit D, Parma, OH 44130
Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-speed manual key data entry (15,000 KS per hour for hardcopy documents) into the Unbiased Data Entry Software
Validate document classification and automatically extracted data from digital documents
Validate redaction and metadata indexing for digital files
Perform quality control on digitally converted documents
Evaluate and process incoming checks, ensuring accuracy in payee, dates, signatures, CAR/LAR amounts, and distributions
Execute check batch total reconciliation
Generate return letters as needed per procedures
Maintain accuracy and productivity standards while meeting strict deadlines
Complete paperwork clearly, timely, and professionally
Adapt to changing tasks and work procedures
Perform repetitive tasks with consistent focus and quality
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of data entry–related experience
10-key data entry speed of 10,000+ keystrokes per hour (required)
Typing test must be attached — 45 WPM or higher preferred (no errors)
Experience using personal computers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to analyze data and problem-solve
Ability to work productively in a team environment
Strong customer service mindset
