Looking for a detail-oriented position with competitive pay? Join our Receivables Operations team and play a crucial role in processing and digitizing sensitive documents. We have flexible work hours! We are currently hiring for the 1st and 3rd shift. Hours will vary slightly depending on the workload, however, will typically follow the schedule below. YOU have the ability to determine if you can work a 10-hour or 12-hour shift.

1st Shift: ($18/hour)
10 hour shift 5:45am-3:45pm
12 hour shift 5:45am-6:15pm

3rd Shift: ($20.70/hour)
10 hour shift 6:45pm-5:15am
12 hour shift 5:15pm-5:15am

Key Responsibilities:
*Process and digitize highly sensitive documents and payments with precision and speed.
*Perform accurate data entry of alphanumeric information with a target of 6,500 KPH.
*Adhere to strict deadlines and procedures in a highly regulated environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven ability to perform data entry with a minimum speed of 6,500 KPH and high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with PC and standard office software.
  • Ability to work in a high-security, regulated production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to listen and apply feedback.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
