Description:You will be the Delivery & Sust Quality Representative. Our team is responsible for ensuring the delivery, maintenance, and modification of products meet industry standards and customer regulations across their entire life cycle.

What You Will Be Doing:
As the Delivery & Sust Quality Representative, you will be responsible for providing product quality support in an operational environment, interpreting governance to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer regulations. You will play a key role in supporting the execution of the sustainment strategy and measuring sustainment quality performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Interpreting and providing governance to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer regulations
-Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes to determine root causes and establish corrective action
-Applying diagnostics and condition-based maintenance techniques to improve performance and productivity
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are in place
-Supporting final acceptance of finished products and/or modification efforts

Basic Qualifications:
• United States citizenship required, cannot possess dual citizenship.
• Interim secret clearance
• Bachelors in an Engineering discipline or technical degree
• Experience interpreting data of various types of technical, drawing, specifications, process documents and creating procedures and guidelines that summarize the data in a clear and concise manner
• Experience working across multiple teams and organizations
• Experience working and tracking simultaneous projects/tasks to closure and the ability to function successfully in a team environment
• Experience working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:
• Experience communicating requirements and information with internal customers to successfully complete repair services.
• Experience with Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)
• Experience prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Experience quickly learning new skills while on the job.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, organized, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge or familiarization with ISO9000 and/or AS9100 standards.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 – $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $73,400 – $127,075.
