What you will be doing

Main responsibilities:

• Answers department phones and schedules receiving appointments.

• Prints purchase order paperwork and assigns drivers to doors.

• Tracks and reports carrier on-time delivery performance.

• Maintains scheduling balance (day to day) for receiving department.

• Collects and files load detail paperwork

• Invoices outbound stores

• Organizes, box and prepares invoices for shipping to scan upload site.

• Sorts, files and maintains invoices, receipts, contracts, or other special department documents.

• Performs other related duties as assigned which may include duties specific to assigned department.

The position will be based in Brea, Ca.

The pay range is $23.08-25 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting wage will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

What we are searching for

SKILLS:

• Reading, writing, math and written and verbal communication skills at a proficient level

• Good typing skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

• Prior experience on mainframe systems desired.

• Extremely detail oriented ability to organize, and analytical skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.

• May sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal.

• May use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday.

• Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
