Are you a natural leader who thrives in Customer Service? We’re looking for a General Manager to lead our team at a small but mighty dessert shop in Encino, CA. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to balance operations, people management, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
Now Hiring: General Manager – Encino, CA
Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000/ year + Benefits (Exempt Position)
Schedule: Rotating retail hours
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere
- Oversee scheduling, training, and team development
- Drive sales growth through local store marketing and community engagement
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, service standards, and cleanliness are consistently met
- Handle P&L accountability and operational budgets
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards
- Step in where needed – whether it’s on the floor, in the kitchen, or helping customers – leading by example
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience managing a similar retail or restaurant brand (Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, or equivalent experience preferred)
- 2–4 years of restaurant or retail operations management experience (degree preferred, but not required)
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
- Comfortable leading team meetings, training, and presentations
- Flexible, organized, and proactive – able to juggle priorities with urgency
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to hit operational and sales goals
