About Us:

Our cyber intelligence department is a critical component of our operations, delivering actionable intelligence to both clients and field agents. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Cyber Intelligence to lead and expand our department.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

•     Oversee the collection, investigation, and monitoring of online data to identify potential threats, uncover individuals behind threatening profiles, and monitor for physical threat escalation.

•     Shape and execute the strategic vision to grow the department into an independent company with a cutting-edge operational framework.

Operational Management:

•     Lead a team of 3–5 analysts, ensuring high-performance output and professional development.

•     Develop and deliver actionable intelligence products for clients and field security teams, tailored to real-world needs.

•     Manage crises involving stalkers, obsessive fans, and other immediate threats to client safety.

•     Manage communication with law enforcement and legal teams during investigations or incidents.

•     Write detailed, professional reports suitable for use by legal teams and law enforcement agencies.

System & Technology Expertise:

•     Continuously identify, evaluate, and implement the best collection, investigation, and monitoring systems available in the market.

•     Collaborate with data analytics teams to create proprietary models for threat assessment and risk flagging based on historical data.

Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Expertise:

•     Specialize in OSINT methodologies to collect and analyze publicly available information for threat detection and mitigation.

•     Leverage OSINT tools and techniques to identify and investigate online risks across social media, forums, and other digital platforms.

Social Media Proficiency:

•     Stay highly knowledgeable about current and emerging social media platforms and tools, with the ability to navigate and investigate effectively.

Required Qualifications:

•     10+ years of experience in intelligence operations.

•     Background in military, law enforcement, or other government intelligence programs

•     Expertise in OSINT techniques, tools, and methodologies is essential.

•     Strong expertise in systems for data collection, investigations, and online monitoring.

•     Proven crisis management experience, particularly in high-pressure environments.

•     Familiarity with data analytics and the development of predictive threat models.

•     Demonstrated experience writing detailed reports for law enforcement and legal teams.

•     Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to lead and scale a startup-like operation.

Preferred Skills:

•     Experience working with high-profile or VIP clients.

•     Private sector experience managing intelligence teams and operations.

•     Strong understanding of threat landscapes, from digital to physical.

•     Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive growth within a dynamic environment.
