Core Duties & Scope
This position leads all aspects of facility operations, from preventive maintenance and vendor management to capital improvement projects and team supervision. The Director will oversee maintenance, custodial, and janitorial teams, as well as manage facility budgets, safety compliance, and digital operations systems. Success in this role means achieving seamless coordination between multiple properties-balancing the priorities of both educational and community facilities while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

The role requires a hands-on leader comfortable using technology to streamline workflows and communicate across departments.
