We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-profit finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep commitment to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organization’s objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Manage accounting, payroll, and financial audits.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial planning and decision-making.
Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
CPA or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
Strong knowledge of non-profit accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Proficiency in financial software and tools
