We are hiring a Dispatcher.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of drivers, vehicles, and shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
* Monitor and track the status of deliveries and shipments, providing updates to customers and management.
* Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to address any issues or changes in delivery plans.
* Maintain accurate records including delivery logs, schedules, and work orders.
* Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
* Respond to emergency calls and dispatch appropriate resources promptly.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during dispatch operations.
* Provide regular updates to management on dispatch operations and delivery status.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the logistics, transportation, and manufacturing industry.
* Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of logistics processes, transportation regulations, and best practices.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

HUGE PLUS:
* Additional education or training in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
* Bilingual in Spanish.
