Job Title: Dispatcher
Location: North Canton, OH
Position Type: Temporary (until 10/13/2026)
Pay: $17/hour
Shifts: 8-hour shifts anytime between 6:30 AM – 1:30 AM
Overview:
Seeking a dependable Dispatcher to support scheduling for customers, service teams, and field associates using a Call Management System. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage calls based on urgency and availability
Monitor real-time operations in the system
Communicate with customers and field technicians
Process requests, provide updates (ETA, parts, appointments)
Escalate urgent issues and assist with training new team members
Qualifications:
Customer service experience (call center, banking, or scheduling preferred)
Strong written/verbal communication
Microsoft Word & Excel skills
Quick learner of new software/systems
Associate’s degree preferred
