We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator to support daily operations by scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and coordinating materials and resources. This role is critical in ensuring efficient workflows, clear communication, and high-quality service delivery.
Pay Rate:$18-21/Hr
Hours7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians for service and installations to maximize productivity.
  • Create work orders, provide status updates to customers, and follow up with technicians as needed.
  • Review work orders to ensure completion and proper closure, including follow-up on pending items.
  • Complete and manage contract paperwork and quality control (QC) documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractor work.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update appointment schedules.
  • Order materials and equipment; receive, track, and issue materials to technicians.
  • Complete daily operational reports.
  • Assist with coordination activities including scheduling, customer notifications, and equipment procurement.
  • Conduct physical inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Project Managers, and technicians.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (dispatching, scheduling, or coordination).
  • Strong decision-making skills with excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with dispatching and scheduling preferred.
