Growing and dynamic company in the Transportation industry is looking to hire MULTIPLE Administrative Dispatcher’s.
Shift Options:
(MUST BE OPEN TO WORK ANY 2 OF THE 4 SHIFTS) shift will be finalized once hired
- Day Shift: 5am – 2pm Wednesday – Sunday
- Day Shift: 5am – 2pm Monday – Friday
- Mid-day Shift: 2pm -11pm Wednesday – Sunday
- Mid-day Shift: 2pm -11pm Monday – Friday
Job Responsibilities
-Answer phones, respond to emails, filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying, etc.
-Daily drivers check calls to update status
-Assist with booking pick up/delivery appointments
-Perform data entry
-Maintaining detailed records and logs
-Monitor and update system to ensure real-time information
-Help resolve issues that arise during the transportation or service process
-Can handle tasks promptly and with a positive attitude
Job Skills
-High school diploma or GED
-Strong communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong multitasking skills
