Job Title: Operations Services Specialist (Temp) – DMV Focus
Location: Pasadena, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (split shifts possible: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
Position Type: Temporary / In-Office

About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operations Services Specialist to join our Pasadena office on a temporary basis. This position will handle general Operations Services duties, with a primary focus on DMV and title processing. Earlier this year, DMV services were transitioned to Operations Services, and this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and accurate handling of all DMV-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify, process, and maintain accuracy of all DMV and title documents for state registration.

Process vehicle registrations in the state where the vehicle will be titled.

Send bills, contracts, warranties, and service contracts to the appropriate state agency (e.g., DMV).

Process lien releases and document within the FFCU title tracking system for consumer loans.

Assist with processing of trusts, CDs, IRAs, levies, subpoenas, and wires.

Manage dormant accounts and escheatment procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable working in an office environment with a focus on accurate documentation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
