Job Title: Document Control Coordinator
Contract: Temporary

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Document Control Coordinator. Responsible for maintaining document control systems and records in compliance with FDA cGMP, OSHA, EPA, DEA, and internal policies. Also provides administrative and reception support across departments.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $21.81/hour
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage document control processes (QC records, test methods, validation reports, calibration, etc.)
- Ensure accurate filing, indexing, archiving (physical and electronic), and document retrieval
- Maintain training records via Learning Management System
- Provide administrative support to QA/QC, HR, Maintenance, and Accounts Payable
- Assist with logistics for audits, meetings, and events, including travel and accommodations
- Manage calendars and schedules for site leadership
- Serve as front desk receptionist, greeting and processing visitors
- Support other duties as assigned by site management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of related administrative experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Experience with SAP and Learning Management Systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Professional demeanor for visitor reception
- Ability to manage confidential information
