Document Control Coordinator / HR Specialist
Location: Warsaw, IN 46580 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $23.30 – $24.15/hr
Job Overview
We are hiring a Document Control Coordinator / HR Specialist to support a large-scale I-9 audit project. This role focuses on reviewing, correcting, and organizing employment eligibility documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards. Training on I-9 processes will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Scan paper I-9 forms into the system of record
Download and upload electronic I-9s from the HRIS system
Review I-9 documents for errors or missing information
Correct I-9 discrepancies following provided guidelines
Contact current employees to obtain required documentation
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records
Support audit compliance efforts and documentation tracking
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with digital documents and HR systems
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Prior experience in HR, document control, compliance, or audits is a plus
