Overview
Document Custody Operations is responsible for the day management, planning, and execution of the Document Custody business. The Operations Analyst position within File room Operations team is responsible for the physical receiving, storage, release, and shipment of all loan files processed for the Document Custody business unit. The Santa Ana distribution facility is approximately 85,000 square feet and houses approximately 13.5 million files for 200+ customers. Your role will be leading an operational team in a rapidly growing Document Custody business. The role requires the ability to multi-task and lead a large team in a faced paced distribution environment.

What You’ll Do
- Within the File Room operations you will be assigned to one of the following teams. We have a fungible labor environment and analysts will be cross trained on different teams and can be assigned according to business needs
- Receiving team- receive, label, sort, and register all inbound files that arrive in the facility
- File Put away- scan all files to a shelf location
- Order Fulfillment- pick and pack orders scheduled for release and shipping
- Inventory Control & Audit- intra and inter facility transfers, internal orders, audit, inventory related projects management
- File Release and Shipping- release and ship orders
Skills You’ll Need
- Relevant experience in a lead role in a distribution environment
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge. Advanced excel skills a plus
- ERP or WMS system experience. Embtrust experience a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience training team members on processes

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana, CA office in accordance with the Bank’s working model.

The salary range for this position in California is $45,000 to $80,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
