Job Title: Document Processing Associate
Contract: Temp to Perm
Location: Bethesda, MD
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Document Processing Associate. You will manage incoming and outgoing mail, support mail digitization, and assist with print and copy production. The role requires scanning expertise, customer service experience, and familiarity with print/copy operations. Less than 10% of the time they will be required to lift up to 50 pounds and there will be assistance to lift as well.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $18/hr – $21/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Serve as backup for document digitization and print/copy production.
  • Handle scanning and manipulation of documents using desktop publishing software.
  • Operate specialized equipment
  • Work independently at client sites to retrieve and process documents.
  • Maintain positive, productive relationships with coworkers, management, and clients.
  • Adapt to changing situations while performing repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with document scanning is required.
  • Technical proficiency in desktop publishing and file manipulation.
  • Knowledge of Macintosh computers and related software.
  • Experience in LDS, legal FM, or graphics environments preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and customer service skills.
