EDI Assistant – Bilingual Mandarin

Support cross-functional teams in Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and IT by managing day-to-day EDI operations. You’ll process inbound/outbound documents, troubleshoot transmission issues, set up new trading partners, and drive process improvements across systems.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and maintain EDI processes for customers and partners

Monitor daily transactions and resolve errors in platforms like TrueCommerce

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance

Provide training and support on EDI processes as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

2+ years EDI experience, including mapping and partner setup

Experience with Navision/Dynamics 365 or third-party EDI platforms is a plus

Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills

Bilingual in Mandarin
