Position is Direct Hire in the Orange County area, paying up to $120k. The ideal candidate would come from manufacturing preferably aerospace/composites and have a leading presence.

We’re looking for a highly organized EHS & Facilities Manager to be the heartbeat of safety, compliance, and facility excellence across our manufacturing site. In this critical role, you will champion industry-leading 6S practices, drive a culture of safety and environmental stewardship, and collaborate across teams to support production goals while ensuring an exceptional workplace.

What You’ll Do:
Lead site-wide Health, Safety & Environmental initiatives with a focus on sustainability and compliance.
Drive adoption of 6S practices across all departments—from office to shop floor.
Own regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry standards; act as the key liaison for inspections and audits.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee emergency response readiness and training programs.
Manage environmental compliance including waste, emissions, and hazardous materials.
Lead the Site HSE Committee and partner with leadership to solve safety challenges.
Manage budgets for shared services while optimizing operational efficiency.
Continuously improve EH&S programs through data-driven insights and employee engagement.

Who You Are:
A seasoned EHS professional with 10+ years’ experience, ideally in aerospace or composites manufacturing.
Proficient in OSHA/EPA regulations and EH&S best practices.
A natural leader and communicator who inspires teams and builds a culture of safety.
Skilled in risk management, incident investigation, and delivering impactful training.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong project and facilities management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications (CSP, CHMM, CIH) are a plus.
Experienced in navigating AECA and ITAR compliance requirements.
