Job Summary
AppleOne is working with a client who is hiring for an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant / Receptionist. This role in an on-site corporate office environment covers the front desk, supports office operations, and assists with general administrative tasks. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as backup receptionist, covering the front desk during breaks, lunches, and staff vacations.
Greet visitors, manage multiple phone lines, take accurate messages, and route calls efficiently.
Perform administrative support including data entry, document management, scheduling, and general office duties.
Maintain organized office systems, records, and files to support daily office operations.
Assist with office communications and customer service inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish – strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in front desk operations, reception, and administrative support.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines).
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Reliable, professional, and able to maintain a welcoming office environment.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in corporate office environments or professional office settings.
Ability to adapt quickly to office workflows and assist multiple team members.
Dependable for temporary coverage and flexible office support.
