Join our grounds team and help maintain beautiful, safe outdoor spaces. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you’ll learn landscaping, equipment operation, and plant care while working outdoors in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and Upkeep:
· Mow, edge, and trim lawns and shrubs.
· Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers.
· Clean up debris and maintain safe work areas.
Safety and Compliance:
· Follow safety guidelines for equipment and chemical use.
· Participate in daily safety briefings.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Record hours worked and materials used.
· Report equipment issues or hazards.
Work Environment and Expectations
This is an outdoor role involving exposure to heat, rain, and other weather conditions. Must be physically fit and enjoy hands-on work.
Requirements
· Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
· Valid driver’s license preferred.
· Prior landscaping experience a plus but not required.
