Parsons is now hiring a mid-level Environmental Professional for our rapidly expanding portfolio of environmental projects in the western United States.
- Lead efforts in developing scopes of work, work plans, environmental reports, data analysis.
- Ability to oversee and manage field efforts including soil, groundwater, and soil vapor investigations; and construction activities including but not limited to dig and haul, insitu and exsitu remedy implementations.
- Supports procurement of subcontractors and supervision of drillers and other subcontractors.
- Performs a variety of field and office tasks requiring the application of standard scientific principles and fundamental theories in environmental industry.
- Work with Project Managers, using interpersonal and organizational skills, to ensure projects are completed on time and budget.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Provides technical guidance to associate professionals and technicians.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering or other related field to the assigned discipline
- 3+ years of related work experience
- A valid driver’s license and the ability and willingness to travel to and from field locations in California, as well as potentially Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, is required.
- Working knowledge of typical environmental industry related software is a plus.
- A familiarity with California environmental rules and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Salary Range:
$70,500.00 – $123,400.00
