Job Title: Environmental Technician – Full-Time
Location: Tustin
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays

AppleOne is currently seeking multiple certified and detail-oriented Environmental Technicians to join their growing team. This role involves conducting field surveys and inspections for mold, lead-based paint, and asbestos in various types of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive inspections and surveys for hazardous materials, including mold, lead-based paint, and asbestos.

Collect, label, and transport samples while adhering to chain-of-custody protocols.

Draft detailed reports summarizing findings and providing remediation recommendations.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure regulatory compliance.

Maintain, calibrate, and operate inspection equipment.

Stay current on environmental safety standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Valid certifications in asbestos (e.g., AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector), lead-based paint (EPA Lead Inspector), and mold inspection.

At least 2 years of field experience conducting environmental surveys.

Solid understanding of federal and state environmental regulations.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in school, government, or healthcare environments.

Familiarity with SCAQMD regulations.

OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
