Immediate need for an experienced Escrow Assistant in the Encino area. In this role you will provide administrative support to the escrow officers with the following duties:

-Open, process and close residential and commercial transactions
-Provide clear communication to all parties including agents, buyers, sellers, lenders and title reps
-Order title reports, payoffs, demands and other necessary documents
-Prepare opening packages, escrow instructions, amendments and settlement statements

Requirements

-1-2 years of escrow experience in California required
-Familiarity with California escrow procedures, DRE regulations, and RESPA guidelines
-Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
