We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support our busy escrow department with customer service and administrative tasks related to residential escrow closings. This role requires intermediate-level experience and offers an exciting opportunity to work across two locations: Blue Springs and Lee’s Summit, MO.
?? Location: Onsite – 1600 Mock Ave, Blue Springs, MO (Some travel required to Lee’s Summit, MO)
?? Duration: April 21, 2025 – September 30, 2025
?? Pay Rate: $18/hour
?? Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the escrow process
- Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closings
- Handle disbursement and follow-up of escrow transactions
- Communicate with clients regarding transaction requirements and updates
- Interpret various agreements related to closings
- Ensure accurate document preparation and data entry
- Collaborate closely with escrow officers and team members

Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an escrow-related role
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel between Blue Springs and Lee’s Summit offices as needed
- Professional demeanor and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Knowledge of escrow and/or real estate industry systems preferred
