Event Logistics is responsible for supporting all event activations at Red Bull North America. As experts in event management, we strategically assist Red Bull in optimizing event solutions. In this role, you will oversee a regional network of vendor partners who provide services such as inventory management, warehousing, maintenance, transportation, and labor for Red Bull events. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance operational efficiency for events. Reporting to the Senior Event Logistics Manager, you will contribute to a dynamic and exciting national team.

  • GLOBAL PORTFOLIO RESPONSIBILITY

    Responsible for maintaining the integrity and footprint of the entire RBNA event inventory.

    Lead the National Event Logistics strategy by analyzing key data findings and communicating insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

    Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure adequate stock levels.

    Manage and ensure the achievement of National Event Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    Identify and resolve challenges to avoid excess inventory or storage issues.

  • PARTNER MANAGEMENT & STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT

    Serve both internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth relationships and foster integration with key partners.

    Develop a comprehensive network with external collaborators to ensure the highest level of operational event execution.

    Continuously evaluate and compare current vendor partners within the event network for benchmarking purposes.

    Address vendor partner performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Oversee the RFP (Request for Proposal) process in specific markets.

    Develop and finalize contracts between Red Bull and vendor partners.

    Facilitate alignment and collaboration among key national, regional, and global stakeholders to guarantee seamless execution and a clear understanding of financial initiatives.

    Ensure that vendor partners meet operational standards in accordance with RBNA (Red Bull North America) Event Logistics requirements.

    Establish and strengthen interdepartmental relationships to influence both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating the value of RBNA Event Logistics initiatives.

  • LEADERSHIP

    Lead and manage a team responsible for event operations within RBNA, including coordinating with logistics and production agencies.

    Develop and maintain a network pipeline for the broader business organization in collaboration with National and Regional counterparts.

    Provide ongoing coaching to the regional team and business partners, fostering an environment of diversity and inclusivity while promoting Red Bull’s leadership code and values.

    Oversee the Event Logistics team by setting goals, offering motivation, coaching, and delivering constructive feedback.

    Recruit, train, mentor, and guide the development of team members and business partners.

    Adapt regional operations and resources as necessary to align with the evolving needs of the business.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Manage large-scale projects, including large events, equipment phase-out programs, and warehouse relocations.

    Plan and oversee inbound and outbound transportation for events, while conducting forecasts and analyzing costs and sustainability metrics.

    Lead the development and execution of strategies to support business initiatives.

  • BUSINESS INSIGHT

    Analyze data to establish benchmarks and drive process improvements.

    Manage budgeting tasks, including allocation, approval, accruals, and actuals.

    Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business to ensure positive impacts across all areas.

    Reduce risk by ensuring legal contracts and vendor insurance policies are properly established and regularly updated.

EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale operations, including comprehensive expertise in the entire event production process (pre-planning, on-site execution, and post-production) with demonstrated knowledge of event logistics, warehousing, and global transportation.
  • Strong ability to address complex logistical challenges both domestically and internationally while safeguarding business profitability.
  • Proven financial acumen with direct budget authority and accountability.
  • Skilled in analytical tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ideally SAP.
  • Excellent written, organizational, analytical, and communication abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Extensive experience in managing timelines and leading high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in optimizing processes and establishing workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster innovation and explore new opportunities while identifying cost-efficient solutions.
