Now hiring an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant to support key company executives. You’ll act by serving as the essential communication link and organizational expert for the leadership team.
Executive Assistant (EA) Job Ad – Los Angeles, CA
- Location: Los Angeles, CA 90036
- Salary: $55,000 – $63,000 per year
- Experience: 5+ years required
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex executive calendars.
- Handle all travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Screen calls/emails and prioritize communication
- Take notes at meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external events and act as a key liaison.
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, etc.).
Must-Haves
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and discretion.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
