We are looking for an Export Documentation/Operations candidate from the freight forwarding industry. This Export Documentation/Operations candidate will facilitate export shipments for our customers. Stable opportunity with an expanding company!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling direct and Co-Loan FCL Shipments
  • Maintain all Documents and Records for company
  • Submit profit and loss statements for all shipments
  • Will be handling shipment coordination internationally
  • Proactively communicate and follow up with consignees, brokers, carriers and truckers.
  • Freight releases, customs clearances, and facilitate all aspects of importation/exportation of cargo as required.
  • Will be assisting the Senior Logistics Coordinator

Qualifications:
1+ years of freight forwarding industry experience, preferably export
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office Suites knowledge
Bilingual is Mandarin is a plus
