AppleOne is proud to present:
Large client is in need of a temporary Facilities Coordinator.
Three plus years of experience in customer service or facilities
General knowledge of Archibus with strong hands-on operational experience.
This is an operational project-based role.
Will be doing site walks, meetings with the clients.
Should be familiar with ticketing system.
Working in facility or studio lot is a plus.
Work with executive all day so will need someone polish, customer-focused with excellent customer service skills and a “can-do” attitude.

  • Scout office space with the customer to understand tenant requirements and assess building conditions prior to occupancy
  • Process office maintenance requests for paint, carpet cleaning, plumbing issues, electrical issues, HVAC, janitorial, and pest control
  • Schedule furniture deliveries, removals, or office rearranging per client requests

Be able to lift 25lbs and comfortable driving a golf cart.
