Bilingual Spanish Maintenance Supervisor – Direct Hire
Location: West Hollywood / Santa Monica (Malibu as needed)
A prestigious luxury commercial real estate firm is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of high-end properties. This is a direct-hire role, and the client is ready to hire immediately.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
5+ years hands-on maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general facilities)
2+ years supervisory experience managing teams and vendors
Fluency in English & Spanish (required)
Strong customer service skills and professionalism in a luxury environment
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple properties
Prioritize work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Manage vendors and ensure quality control
Respond to tenant needs and emergencies promptly
Maintain building systems and support capital projects
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Strong knowledge of building systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
