Salary Range: $90,750/yr. – $130,000/yr.

Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations across multiple facilities while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Drive efficiency, optimize resources, and implement best practices to maintain facility performance and reliability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and provide performance feedback to maintenance teams across multiple locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, leveraging the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to optimize workflows.
  • Ensure strict compliance with fire, safety, risk, environmental, and health regulations across all sites.
  • Collaborate with General Managers at each facility to develop and manage annual maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective labor and material usage.
  • Analyze utility consumption and implement energy management strategies to drive operational efficiency.
  • Recommend and oversee capital expenditure projects for assigned locations, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Manage multi-site energy efficiency projects in coordination with the Lineage Energy Management department to drive sustainability initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on the design and execution of facility improvements, automation projects, and network optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to standardize maintenance best practices across all sites.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

  • High School diploma or GED required; relevant certifications or technical degrees preferred.
  • 5+ years of multi-site maintenance management experience, including strategic resource planning.
  • Hands-on experience with Ammonia Refrigeration Systems in temperature-controlled environments.
  • Expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) regulatory compliance.
  • Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work in diverse environments, including cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) and dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C), while adhering to PPE and safety protocols.
  • Comfortable working in varying noise levels, including loud environments.
