AppleOne is currently seeking a motivated and professional Facility Services Specialist in Alpharetta, GA.

This Position Features:

  • Pay rate: $17/hr.
  • Duration: Temp to Hire

Seeking candidates who are looking to get their foot in the door at a reputable organization.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will require setting up conference rooms for meetings, sometimes around 5 different set-ups per day.
  • Other tasks will include delivering packages if needed, walking the building to ensure everything appears as it should, and providing customer support.
  • Identify and report problems with A/V equipment, including telephones and conference phones
  • Deliver and pick up equipment throughout the facility.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid Drivers’ License required.
  • Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic office skills, creating reports, filling out forms, tracking invoices/work orders etc.

Looking for candidates are always open to change and adaptable in any situation as well as being coachable and willing to learn.
