Title: Administrative/ File Clerk
Location: Streetsboro, OH 44241 (Onsite)
Assignment: ASAP- 3 months (Special Project)
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am -5pm
Pay: $18.00 an hour-PAID WEEKLY
Summary:
Organize, scan, and upload employee files following filing protocols and standards while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
- Scan hard copies of employee personnel records.
- Create electronic employee files (Onboarding paperwork, reviews, Confidentiality Forms, Payroll)
- Create, compile, publish, and chart employee reports (attendance, corrective action, time reporting)
- Manage employee boards and notices
- Provide support between employees and IT Help Desk
- Handle Misc. Projects (Training Document Revamp, Employee Engagement)
- Other Misc. tasks requested by HR
Education/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 years prior experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Requires excellent written and oral communication skills and client relations skills.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
