This Fluent Mandarin Executive Assistant Position Features:
We are a fast growing 3PL company, looking for a CEO’s assistant to assist him with his business schedule in all aspects. This person serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external on all matters for the CEO. This role will also accompany the CEO on business trips.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Scheduling and communication, be the point of contact for internal and external matters
- Plan and coordinate schedules and maintain calendar of appointments
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Compile documents and research for meetings, record meeting minutes and notes
- Keep CEO well-informed on upcoming commitments and responsibilities, follow up appropriately
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming requests, issues, and concerns addressed to the President and Executive Team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
- Take notes and track follow up actions with staff and provide status updates to the Executive team.
- CEO’s personal matter and investments
Qualification:
Strong problem solving skills, proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Bachelor degree preferred
Chinese speaking is must
Able to travel with the CEO
