We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Front Desk Customer Service to support front desk operations. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, and confident in delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting internal teams and security with lobby operations.
This role requires individuals who excel in fast-paced professional environments, communicate effectively, and provide world-class customer service.

?? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Greet all guests and visitors; verify against guest lists and issue access badges and parking validation.
Assist security and act as lobby liaison for guests, meeting hosts, and onsite employees.
Coordinate conference room scheduling; ensure meeting rooms are properly set up and stocked.
Support meetings and events including signage, workspace preparation, and catering coordination.
Serve as concierge—providing tours and recommendations for restaurants, hotels, and local attractions.
Assist with AV equipment during meetings as needed.
Provide backup support to Executive Assistants and administrative departments.
Support group activities such as department meetings, corporate events, and on-site functions.
Perform clerical tasks including copying, mail services, scheduling, and shipping/receiving.
Assist in daily facility operations; perform other duties as assigned.
Vendor procurement support and proposal creation in customer systems.
Represent the culture and professionalism.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of customer service or relevant administrative experience.
Experience in a corporate headquarters environment preferred.
Strong communication and professional presentation skills.
Excellent organizational coordination and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfort with AV equipment.
Ability to stand and engage with guests during peak hours.
Must adhere to company standard of lifting up to 50 lbs when needed.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
