This is a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting both reception and hospitality functions in a legal office environment. The right candidate will have strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and basic technical know-how. After 2–3 months, this role has the potential to convert to a permanent position with us.
?? Location: 555 Mission Street, Suite 2400, San Francisco, CA 94105
?? Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
?? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
?? Dress Code: Business Casual
?? Parking: No free parking provided. Paid parking and public transportation options available nearby.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls with strong etiquette
  • Schedule meetings and manage rooms using the firm’s room reservation tool
  • Place catering orders and support conference room setup and breakdown
  • Stock and clean pantry and kitchen areas; maintain coffee machines
  • Perform light clerical tasks and assist with admin duties as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and shared spaces
  • Serve as a point of contact for guest questions, including directions and local recommendations
  • Support supply inventory and ordering
  • Adhere to visitor security protocols and support basic concierge-style services

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of related office experience (law firm or legal environment strongly preferred)
  • MS Office experience (especially Word & Excel)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and work with light tech equipment
  • Professional appearance and attitude
