? Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with a high level of professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them as appropriate
  • Schedule and maintain conference rooms
  • Handle mail, packages, and office supply orders
  • Support administrative and legal teams with clerical duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Assist with hospitality needs (coffee, light catering, etc.)
  • Be available for early setups or evening events, as needed
  • ?? Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required; Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience (legal/corporate setting preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding communication and multitasking skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a polished professional appearance
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
