Looking to step into a fast-paced, people-focused role right away? We’re seeking a Bilingual Spanish Front Desk Receptionist for a busy office in Downey. This is along term position with the possibility of being hired. Ideal for individuals who enjoys helping customers while remaining organized, and keep office running smoothly.
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 12 PM – 9 PM
Candidate should be flexible if needed for morning shift as well
(One weekday off will be provided)
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1 PM
Must be flexible to work up to 6 PM during peak times
Duties:
Welcome clients with a warm, friendly attitude
Schedule tax appointments and manage a steady flow of customers
Prepare client documents for tax preparers
Professionally respond to emails and assist with general front desk inquiries
Use QuickBooks (huge plus but not required)
Maintain a polished, professional appearance—uniform provided
Qualifications:
Fluent bilingual Spanish
Outgoing, friendly personality with strong customer service skills
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays flexible
A true go-getter who takes initiative and enjoys helping people
Reliable, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
