AppleOne is proud to present: 
We’re looking for an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle—from requisition through offer acceptance—for our Minneapolis-metro operations. This role will partner with hiring managers, source both active and passive candidates, manage interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
Manage the full recruiting process: posting jobs, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, presenting candidates, negotiating offers, onboarding.
Maintain and use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate activity, requisitions, and metrics.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Provide updates and reports on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health) to leadership.
Ensure positive candidate experience, efficient hiring processes, and strong relationships with hiring managers and HR.
Continuously improve recruiting methods, sourcing techniques, and overall talent acquisition strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
