Casual Friday (no jeans) Ideal Start Date: 10.27.25 Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role involves sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent, as well as overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessment tools. Extend job offers to select candidates, ensuring clarity on compensation, benefits, and job expectations. Negotiate offer terms in collaboration with hiring managers and HR. Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation. Ensure new employees have the tools and resources needed for a successful start. Facilitate introductions to team members and company culture. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and hiring activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
