Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 12 months
Join our team as a Funding Reconciliation Specialist and play a key role in managing funding processes for VMS systems. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop expertise in financial operations.
What You’ll Do:
-Pull and analyze files from VMS systems daily
-Identify and document best practices for funding and reconciliation
-Work with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure accuracy
-Educate clients and employees on funding procedures
-Track and maintain key performance metrics
What You Bring:
-Strong research and problem-solving skills
-0-2 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
-Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Background in finance or accounting is required
-Technical savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Ability to work independently and in a team
