Your Role on the Team UCI Health Chao Digestive Health Institute (DHI) is now accepting applications for Staff Physicians that are interested in supporting our clinical needs on a per diem basis. This support will help provide coverage to help decrease patient wait times and provide clinical during short term or long-term leaves within DHI. We are seeking per diem Staff Physicians that have interest in providing both onsite and telehealth support. Full-scope ambulatory health care services including care of children, adults and the elderly. Required: Demonstrated experience in quality improvement to improve patient outcomes Leadership skills; ability to motivate, inspire, communicate with faculty, residents, staff, and peers to maintain a professional, team-based approach in the care of patients. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all state and federal privacy laws Full-scope ambulatory health care services including care of children, adults and the elderly. Must have an MD and be eligible for a California Medical License. Board-certified Internal Medicine and Board-certified/board eligible in Gastroenterology. Board-certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology. Provide full Range of digestive diseases including disorders of the esophagus, liver, pancreas, colon and rectum, and stomach.
