Description
As the Human Resources (HR) Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience across three key teams within the HR department: Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Operations, Talent Operations (employee lifecycle needs), and Talent Data Management. The role aims to develop a well-rounded understanding of HR COE (Centers of Excellence) functions and build skills in various HR disciplines. This role will rotate across some of the most foundational HR teams and prepare you for future career opportunities within the HR function at Red Bull. Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)
- Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
- Proven excellence in academic pursuits
- A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Travel 0-10%
- Permanent
