We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Guest Services & Office Support Specialist to join our team . The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor. This position requires problem-solving skills, the ability to engage with guests and staff, and a commitment to representing the customer’s culture in all interactions and involves standing for certain periods and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Location: 600 N Vel R Phillips Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53203
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Parking: Provided
Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and guests, verify against guest list, provide badges, and offer parking validation as necessary.
  • Serve as company concierge for guests and staff, including facility tours and recommendations for local services.
  • Liaise with meeting hosts and guests during check-in processes.
  • Schedule and prepare meeting rooms with necessary supplies and AV equipment.
  • Coordinate catering for meetings and group events.
  • Assist with executive-level client-facing support, proposals, and print production tasks.
  • Provide back-up clerical support for Executive Assistants.
  • Assist with daily management of facilities and departmental/non-client activities.
  • Handle mail services, shipping, receiving, sorting, and distribution of supplies.
  • Maintain and update company phone and speed dial lists.
  • Vendor procurement and coordination for special projects.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, office support, or related roles.
  • Experience in a corporate or headquarters environment preferred.
  • Strong organization, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and audio-visual equipment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
