We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Brand Marketing to lead the evolution of the brand. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing our brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker, creative storyteller,and team leader—someone who can translate brand purpose into compelling campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Leadership: Develop and lead the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels—digital, social, retail, wholesale, and experiential.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Concept, plan, and execute seasonal brand campaigns that align with key product launches and business goals.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity and voice.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a small but mighty brand team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, eCommerce, and Executive leadership to bring brand stories to life across the customer journey.
- Consumer Insight & Trend Analysis: Leverage market data and consumer insights to inform brand decisions, positioning, and campaign development.
- Agency & Partner Oversight: Manage relationships with creative agencies, production partners, and freelancers to ensure high-quality and on-brand output.
- Content & Social Strategy: Oversee the development of compelling content for social media, email, and digital platforms that engages our community and amplifies brand reach.
- Budget & KPI Management: Own the brand marketing budget and track performance against key brand health metrics and campaign KPIs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in lifestyle, footwear, apparel, or consumer brands preferred.
- Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Deep understanding of digital and social media landscapes.
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
- A collaborative and agile mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for creativity, storytelling, and building purpose-driven brands.
