Kelly Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit and Collections Coordinator to join a successful company in Brea, CA. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office twice a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays. Monday -Friday 8am-5pm.

As a Credit and Collections Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable portfolio and ensuring timely payments from customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

– Analyzing payment patterns of delinquent customers and managing assigned account portfolio

– Generating and reviewing account aging data to identify accounts for collection efforts

– Managing credit and collection inquiries from internal and external customers

– Preparing and distributing statements of account to customers

– Maintaining detailed records of collection activities and account reconciliations

– Evaluating customer records to recommend credit limit adjustments or collection actions

– Monitoring and releasing purchase orders placed on credit hold

– Posting incoming payments and applying credit memos/adjustments

– Preparing weekly reports on collection efforts and attending aging review meetings

– Meeting established monthly performance goals and collection targets

To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with fluency in Spanish or French being a plus. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Oracle, and SAP is required.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency, and effectively manage a high volume of accounts.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $27.00.
