Job Title: Loan Document Processor 3 – Insurance Document Review
Location: Tempe, AZ – 100% Onsite
Duration: 12 months, with the possibility for contract-to-hire
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Company Overview:
Join the loan team of a Fortune 500 client in banking, supporting their operations with document review focused on insurance paperwork. This role is critical in helping ensure accurate and complete loan files by reviewing, tracking, and gathering insurance documents such as flood, HOA, and certificates of insurance (COI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review insurance documentation for compliance and completeness.
  • Track and request missing documents as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow standard procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in loan processing, mortgage, or insurance preferred.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Please include your updated resume, focused on your experience with insurance documents like flood, Certificates of Insurance (COI), HOA and higher-level loan documentation processing.
