Job Title: Hospitality Services Coordinator
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Columbus, OH
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Hospitality Services Coordinator. This role provides high-quality food, beverage, and conference support services while ensuring smooth operations for meetings, events, and office functions. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down conference rooms, maintaining cleanliness and supply levels in kitchens and office areas, and supporting general office tasks such as mail handling, copying, and reception duties.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Pay rate: $19/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional, client-focused service at all times.
  • Set up and break down conference rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas (tables, chairs, podiums, equipment, catered food, and beverages).
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages while following proper hygiene standards.
  • Maintain kitchens, function areas, and equipment, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
  • Manage inventory for food, beverages, and office/meeting supplies.
  • Assist with general office support, including mail distribution, copying, shipping/receiving, and minor clerical tasks.
  • Coordinate conference/hospitality schedules, greet clients, and provide event assistance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of hospitality or office experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.
  • Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area.
