Job Title: Hospitality Services Coordinator
Contract: Temporary to Perm

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Hospitality Services Coordinator. The Hospitality Associate provides catering, conference room setup, and general office support at a client site. This entry-level role includes stocking supplies, maintaining kitchens and meeting spaces, assisting with events, and covering the reception desk during lunch breaks. The position requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Pay rate: $22/hr
Responsibilities:
- Set up and clean meeting/conference rooms; ensure spaces are stocked and presentable.
- Stock and maintain pantries, kitchens, and supplies.
- Prepare and clean coffee/beverage stations daily.
- Place catering orders and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Perform regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and readiness of spaces.
- Communicate with supervisors/clients regarding meeting needs or concerns.
- Answer phones at hospitality/reception desk when needed.
- Use audio/visual equipment and event planning tools as required.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance when necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, food service, housekeeping, or related field (corporate/office environment preferred).
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to operate A/V equipment.
- Positive, team-oriented, and proactive with a professional demeanor.
